Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Zap Cleaner mobile application (the "Service" or "App") operated by MaoSec Limited ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Use of the App
Zap Cleaner is a utility application designed to help users manage and delete screenshots from their local Apple Photo Library.
- You understand that using the App to delete photos permanently removes them from your device.
- MaoSec Limited is not responsible for any accidental deletion or loss of data resulting from the use of the App.
2. Subscriptions ("Zap Clean Pro")
The App offers automatically renewing subscriptions ("Zap Clean Pro") that unlock full, unrestricted functionality (such as unlimited swiping and active rules).
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Management: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated to you by Apple in advance and will not take effect without your authorization.
3. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- MaoSec Limited acts solely as a local software tool for your device. We do not guarantee specific storage-saving results.
- In no event shall MaoSec Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MaoSec Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
